Claiming Your Scholarship Funds

Those chosen for a scholarship must send in proof of current enrollment (i.e., semester fee statement and or current school class schedule) and submit a Check Request Form to have their funds dispersed. Checks will then be made out and sent to the school that the student is attending.  Recipients are expected to claim their scholarship within 18 months of their award notification. Any exception to this requires a written request for extension.

Please note that checks are processed the fourth Tuesday of every month.
